Lake mode....

This weekend I was in Lake mode. That is when you relax and enjoy good food (and drinks for the grown ups) while lounging by a lake. My Grampie Don (or now as he likes to be called Mofar--Swedish for father of the baby's mother) and Grammie Paula rented a lake house. Mommy, Auntie Em, and I went up there for the weekend. My cousin (I think that is what she is) Sophia came up with her Mommy and Daddy. We both swam in the lake. I loved cruising around the deck and playing Peek-a-boo with Pete and Mofar. My favorite thing to do though was nap with my Grammie!

Camp Huckins

We went to Camp Huckins today for the 80th birthday celebration/reunion. My mommy went to camp there for 12 years (part as camper/part as staff). I got to meet some of her old friends and I got to see my boyfriend Oliver again. Mommy showed me her name on the Huckster boards as well as the dining hall and her old cabins! I also got to go swimming in the lake. Oliver and I had a great time splashing around and eating sand. We got out of our bathing suits super quick though so we wouldn't get duck rash!

Luau Time!

Today I had my birthday party. I got to swim in the pool with all my friends. Then we got to eat cake. My mommy got me a Volcano cake in honor of my Luau party. I got a lot of great presents and had so much fun.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Today is my 1st Birthday! I am so excited to be a toddler now! When I woke up Mommy and Daddy gave me presents. Auntie Em was here too! Today I am going to camp and we are going to have a party with cupcakes and everything! Christina, Grammie Kelsa's secretary, bought me a special tiara to wear today and a sash that says birthday girl. I'll add some pictures tonight of the festivities.

Pool Time

I spent almost an hour in the pool today. I played with all my friends at camp. I especially had fun playing in the pool with Chris! Today was also Duck Day at camp. I love rubber duckies...the more the better!

Seagulls!

Today my Auntie Em moved back home from California. To celebrate we went to Markey's for lobster and clams. Unfortunately due to allergy prevention recommendations, I had to settle for chicken fingers. I didn't eat many because I LOVE seagulls. Grampie Jack and I looked at and pointed at Seagulls almost the whole dinner!

New Addition!

The newest addition to our family arrived tonight! My Grammy Dianne brought my Aunt Beau up to live with us. She is a 15 year old Beagle that my Daddy's family got when she was just a puppy. She is old and gray but just my height! I think my next word may be Beau!

Meow!

I love kitties. I could hug them all day long! I especially love the fluffy kitty, Bailey, at Grampie Don and Grammie Paula's house! He even lets me pat him!
