Memorial Day

We spent another Memorial Day up in Maine. For the first time in a few years, the weather was delightful, 70s and sunny. We spent all day on the beach, took great naps, and had some good meals, ice cream and s'mores. Unfortunately, I wasn't monitoring my camera and the battery was out and I had left my charger at home. Luckily Miles had his cheap camera we bought for him to take fishing, so we have some (poor quality) pictures...better than nothing!

First Swim

The girls went for their first swim of the season up at camp. Despite her look in many pictures, Penelope was squealing in delight! Georgia had a blast but is still timid in the water. We are hoping intensive lessons this summer will make a difference!

It's a Party!

We had Penelope's 1st Birthday Party today. The weather was gorgeous so we were able to spill out onto the patio. We had a great time celebrating with friends and family. And of course, Penelope loved the cake!
