Friends of friends (which of course makes us facebook friends) made this cool invention for kids and parents. It attaches to the stroller and allows Georgia some freedom but keeps her close. Happy Birthday Grampa Jack

We had a great time celebrating Grampa Jack's birthday. In honor of his birthday and my new dairy and soy free diet, I made some dairy-, soy-, nut-, and egg- free cupcakes (thanks, Martha Stewart for thinking of us). They were delicous!!!!

All Grown Up!

Georgia got a brand new 'do today. It makes her look so grown up! Her hair was kind of scraggly and in rough shape after a summer in the pool and battles to brush it daily. She and I now have matching bobs!

Labor Day

We had a great labor day weekend in Maine. We were joined by Emilie's new in-laws, Jeanne and Steve, and her sister-in-law, Kristen, and her fiance, Brendan. We had a great weekend including a cookout at friends, s'mores by the fire, fun on a cool but sunny beach, a lobster bake, and lots of laughter. The camera didn't make it out as often as I would have liked so here is a brief glimpse at our weekend.
