Happy Birthday Grampa Jack

We had a great time celebrating Grampa Jack's birthday. In honor of his birthday and my new dairy and soy free diet, I made some dairy-, soy-, nut-, and egg- free cupcakes (thanks, Martha Stewart for thinking of us). They were delicous!!!!
