Howitzer

Did I mention that there is a Howitzer that is in the park across the street? Yup. And it happens to be the favorite part of the park of many a neighborhood kid. Go figure....
Note: do not take a pictures of your child when the sun is DIRECTLY behind you.

Science!

To get out and about on a frigid February day, we joined up with friends, jumped in one car (4 adults, 4 children in carseats...thank you Honda Pilot) and went up to the Seacoast Science Center. The kids loved running around to see all the marine life, diving into the touch tank, and learning about the oceans and tides.

Randoms

I took a lot of random photos this month of the girls playing. We had a long sick February that included gastroenteritis (G, P, and me), pneumonia (G and Miles), roseola (P), ear infections (one for G and 2-3 for P), and colds (one for each of us). Not fun but gave us time to relax at home reading books, doing crafts, baking, and watching movies. Not a bad way to spend a normally snowy, cold month.

Snow

We had a gorgeous storm. Pictures were plentiful and beautiful but it was wet and short lived.

Story Time

Penelope joined in on story time tonight (normally she is in bed already but a late car nap ruined that). She really enjoyed being snuggled in between Daddy and Georgia. She liked the pictures of the story. Then all things went haywire when the girls decided Daddy make a better jungle gym than a narrator!

Crib Games

The girls love to bounce and giggle in the crib after bath time. It is so much fun to watch them starting to really play and interact together.

Tuna

We thought she liked tuna based on this smile....
but then she held her tongue out until we scraped it off!

First Ponytail!

She has lots of hair and now it fits in a cute little water spout ponytail. I can't even stand how cute it is.

Babies

Lil P has entered that baby loving phase. She loves Georgia's dolls. When she picks them up, she hugs them and then starts cooing "awwwww".

A modern education

This is what growing up in 2010 is like....playing games on Mama's iphone. They are educational, okay? She was playing a letter tracing game and a spelling game. So there.

Chase

Georgia loves "chasing" her Dad around the house. Hey, any way that we can burn off some pent up energy...
